Our client is an international investment fund with a large portfolio of energy solar projects in Poland and also in other parts of the world. Currently for their growing team based in Warsaw, they are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst.<\/p>\n
In this role you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Preparation of the financial models<\/p>\n
Analysis of the financial models prepared by the financing institutions<\/p>\n
Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculation<\/p>\n
Supporting CFO in the financing process<\/p>\n
Support in preparation of the consolidated financial statements<\/p>\n
Preparation of standalone financial statements of SPVs<\/p>\n
Supporting CFO in the reporting processes<\/p>\n
Analysis of the variation to the budget\/forecast<\/p>\n
Preparation of financial analyzes at different organization levels (the entire company, selected units, projects etc.)<\/p>\n
Participation in month \/ quarter \/ year end close activities<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of the financial models<\/p>\n
Experience with creating financial statements<\/p>\n
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n
