{"id":1183,"date":"2021-06-11T12:47:11","date_gmt":"2021-06-11T10:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=1183"},"modified":"2021-06-11T12:47:11","modified_gmt":"2021-06-11T10:47:11","slug":"senior-lawyer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/en\/senior-lawyer\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Lawyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a market leader in the development, acquisition and long-term management of solar renewable projects, is on the search for a talented Senior Lawyer to join the team in Warsaw.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>The Role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">You will work as part of a busy in-house team specialising in corporate, M&amp;A, construction, energy, finance, commercial and property law in the renewable energy sector, providing support across all the units of the business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">We are looking for a senior legal lawyer to support Polish and international expansion of our group companies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">The role provides an exciting opportunity to perform both Polish and international transactional work, within a dynamic and changing business in a growth industry.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\"><b>Key responsibilities<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Supporting the development, M&amp;A, financing and management teams on solar project documentation for greenfield solar photovoltaic projects in Poland and international markets at both project and corporate levels.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Leading and supporting\u00a0competitive financing processes from RfP stage to financial close, through to conditions discharge.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Liaising with other teams within the group companies (M&amp;A, technical, finance, construction teams etc.).<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Supervising junior lawyers where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Coordination and managing internal and external legal support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\"><b>Skills<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Demonstrable renewables experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Extensive experience with M&amp;A transactions, including the SPA negotiations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">5+ post legal qualification experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoPlainText\">Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\">A team player and strong business acumen with ability to align legal risk to commercial practicality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a market leader in the development, acquisition and long-term management of solar renewable projects, is on the search for a talented Senior Lawyer to join the team in Warsaw.
