Currently they are looking for an HSE Coordinator to join their team in Paris. \u00a0The main activity of the role is to insure, check and develop the Health &amp; safety policy of the company In France &amp; Belgium. To spread the Health &amp; safety culture within the company and the contractors.\u00a0You will also be responsible for detecting \u00a0emergency situations and propose solutions plus insuring\u00a0the regulatory &amp; ISO 45001 compliance.<\/p>\n<p>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Perform risk assessments (DUERP &amp; prevention plans)<\/li>\n<li>Manage incidents (accidents, nearmisses, hazard report) and develop the preventive &amp; corrective actions plan<\/li>\n<li>Assess the regulatory compliance of the sites and propose action plans<\/li>\n<li>Perform H&amp;S inspections in O&amp;M and E&amp;C sites<\/li>\n<li>Do the internal H&amp;S reporting<\/li>\n<li>Follow up the contractors H&amp;S performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the contractor documentation process (egestiona)<\/li>\n<li>Organize the emergency exercise with firefighters on our windfarms (ICPE)<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the different departments (prospection, E&amp;C and O&amp;M)<\/li>\n<li>Give support to the HR teams for Health &amp; Safety trainings<\/li>\n<li>Insure the applicability of the ISO 45001 standard and propose improvements<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the H&amp;S governance (management review, HSE commissions, Corporate H&amp;S monthly meetings\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Insure the coordination with the HSE supervisors in construction sites<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>REQUIRED PROFILE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><u>ACADEMIC LEVEL<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Master 1\/2, engineer<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><u>REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At least 5 years in relevant fields<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><u>SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Risks: electricity, working at height<\/li>\n<li>Iso 45001<\/li>\n<li>French &amp; Belgium regulation<\/li>\n<li>Construction sites<\/li>\n<li>Windturbine business<\/li>\n<li>Solar activities is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><u>LANGUAGES<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>High French level is required<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><u>SKILLS \/ COMPETENCES<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Root cause analysis<\/li>\n<li>keep cool and manage emergencies<\/li>\n<li>Manage contractors<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and persuasion skills<\/li>\n<li>Interest for technique<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic<\/li>\n<li>Conscientious<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company offers an attractive level of salary and benefits package, including in house trainings run different areas and the possibility to grow in a regional role.
