This responsibility includes identifying quality opportunities with attractive risk adjusted returns. To develop and maintain strong relationships with the farming and administration community.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To identify suitable sites for solar park development and successfully negotiate the acquisition of land with landowners and agents<\/li>\n<li>Establish relationships with landowners and introducers who have been in receipt of promotional materials from our marketing department through a mixture of cold and warm calling.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the pipeline of early-stage projects through exclusivity into Option involving Development Managers and internal legal team where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Ensure new business opportunities are pursued to their maximum potential<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Business Development and Senior Development Manager by carrying out\n<p>supporting activities when needed<\/li>\n<li>To understand company strategies and develop business and business practices\n<p>accordingly<\/p>\n<p>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of renewables industry, energy and environmental issues in Poland.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of commercial activities.<\/li>\n<li>Varied experience in private and public sector, showing adaptability and ability to learn quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in wind sector will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PERSONAL &amp; WORKS SKILLS \/ QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communications skills both in Polish and English Proficient in MS Office\n<p>(Advanced skills in MS Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in working independently or with limited oversight<\/li>\n<li>Advanced skills in solving complex problems<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills are welcomed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For a global leader in the development and management of solar energy projects we are looking for Land Acquisition Manager for their office in Poland.
