For an international investor in renewable energy we are looking for ASSET OPERATIONS ENGINEER- Back Office Specialist to join their team in Warsaw. This is a perfect role for a Dispatcher or Power Engineer willing to specialise in asset management and regulatory matters whilst having contact with legal, financial, regulatory and commercial matters.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Communication with DSO about measuring devices and verification\/confirmation of produced energy, green certificates and GoOs.<\/li>\n
  2. Correspondence with DSO about technical issues and all other matters.<\/li>\n
  3. Communication with URE about the registration of the generated green certificates and GoOs.<\/li>\n
  4. Communication with URE for all issues related with the operation and compliance of the wind projects.<\/li>\n
  5. Verification of quantities of electricity and preparation of invoicing statements.<\/li>\n
  6. Preparation and signing excise statements to Tax Office \u2013 in coordination with financial department.<\/li>\n
  7. Monitoring the process and verification of quantities of electricity and GCs registered in the company accounts in TGE and DM-BOS.<\/li>\n
  8. Monitoring and supervision of Offtake agreements (electricity, GCs and GoOs).<\/li>\n
  9. Execution of the sale transactions of electricity and GoOs in accordance with the offtake agreements.<\/li>\n
  10. Execution of the sale transactions of GCs through DM-BOS.<\/li>\n
  11. Reporting on the performance of the offtake agreements.<\/li>\n
  12. Control and confirmation of all incoming invoices related with Balancing, grid access and own consumption.<\/li>\n
  13. Co-operation and communication with the O&M Team of Group companies.<\/li>\n
  14. Active monitoring of the energy market and all related activities.<\/li>\n
  15. Co-operation and communication with financial departments of Group companies.<\/li>\n
  16. Active participation in the development of a business plans for new projects \u2013 energy sales strategy.<\/li>\n
  17. Acting proactively in the event of detection of possible threats and changes affecting the company\u2019s commercial policy.<\/li>\n
  18. Reporting of all the above activities to BoD\/CM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Competences :<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Wide and general knowledge of wind energy production and energy market.<\/li>\n
    2. Creative, open-minded and proactive.<\/li>\n
    3. Expert of MS Office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Would be an advantage:<\/p>\n

      1. Experience on similar position.<\/li>\n
