Our client is a company already present in the country with a track record of <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">developing PMGD\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">projects <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">now looking to focus on utility scale projects<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">. In this role you will<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph elementToProof\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Create and analyze new development opportunities and monitor of existing development pipeline<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph elementToProof\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Evaluate routes to market for the electrical output of projects under development by the Company<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph elementToProof\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Manage the commercial aspects of projects to ensure that financial objectives are achieved<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Contact private and public stakeholders and authorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Have experience in the infrastructure sector particularly; power and utilities, transport, resources, health and education sector projects. Experience in <span lang=\"EN-US\">Chile <\/span>in the PPP \/ PFI and project financing sector would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Lead and promote project development work across <span lang=\"EN-US\">Chile<\/span> in different renewable energy technology<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ability to strategize, recruit, train and lead team members<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Define strategic planning, goals and tactics<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Support management team in negotiations, preparations and project financing<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal elementToProof\">Building good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The ideal candidate Will have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph elementToProof\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Extensive experience in Project development- managing projects from the commercial or financial standpoint<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Excellent level of English is a must<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph elementToProof\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Finance or Engineering-Commercial background preferable &#8211; higher education<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Substantial knowledge and network within the energy sector and authorities in Chile<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Independent and proactive, goal-oriented mind set<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Leadership skills, with an outstanding ability to create positive cooperation within the team members<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Our client is offering an attractive salary and benefits package and the chance to work in an international team with very experienced leaders in the renewable energy industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>PLEASE NOTE WE WILL <strong>NOT<\/strong> CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH NO RENEWABLE ENERGY EXPERIENCE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our client, an international company specialized in developing renewable energy projects we are looking for a Country Manager for Chile.
