RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Preparation of offer estimates on the basis of technical documentation
\nVerification of tender documentation in the field of construction
\nCooperation with other departments in obtaining contracts and their implementation<\/p>\n
Analyzing the collected data and drawing the right conclusions<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\nHigher technical education, civil or design engineering
\nExperience as a bidding specialist or cost estimator
\nAbility to estimate costs in the construction industry
\nGood knowledge of the construction industry
\nAbility to read and analyze tender and project documentation
\nCommunicativeness, consistency and independence in performing tasks
\nGood knowledge of English<\/p>\n
