Currently to support the Financial Manager in Poland, we are looking for a Financial Specialist for their main offices based in Tricity (Gda\u0144sk).<\/p>\n
Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cooperation with accounting office<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing documents for the closing of the month and providing them to the accounting department (invoices, bank statements, etc.)<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing bank transfers \/ payments \/ making SPOTs<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contact with the banks and lenders<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Preparing documents for the audit purposes<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Supporting other departments and branches by preparing additional analyzes and reports<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cost and revenue analysis for irregularities<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cost controlling in terms of budget implementation, cash-flows forecasts and deviations analysis<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 General support to Financial Manager<\/p>\n
If you have\/can\/are:<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Education in economics, finance or accounting<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Many years of experience in working in a similar position<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Very good level of the English language to work with international teams<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel<\/p>\n
–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An analytical mind<\/p>\n
