Our client is one of the largest providers in the world of PV rooftop projects and utility scale projects in the world. \u00a0Currently for their developing team in Warsaw and looking for a Supply Chain Expert.
\nAs a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will be responsible for procurement of main equipment’s and components of solar PV projects.
\nGeneral responsibilities:
\n\u2022Develop and monitor a company\u2019s supply chain strategy.
\n\u2022Analyze operational performance and resolve issues.
\n\u2022Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards
\n\u2022Manage the procurements of equipment’s to solar PV projects:
\n– Panels;
\n– Inverters;
\n– Structures and another relevant equipment’s;
\n\u2022 Prepare and conducts tenders aligned with company specifications and procedures;
\n\u2022 Regular Alignment and interaction with central purchase department of the HQ;
\n\u2022 Prepare documentation and conduct of the process of framework agreement with subcontractors;
\n\u2022 Constant research and manage of relation with new partners ( Suppliers and Subcontractors);
\n\u2022 Manage the stock of equipment’s;
\n\u2022 Responsible for an overall purchases and logistics;
\n\u2022 Create the company\u2019s supply chain strategy;
\n\u2022 Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues ;
\n\u2022 Evaluate and report on KPIs ;
\n\u2022 Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly ;
\n\u2022 Maintain supply chain inventory and records;
\n\u2022 Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes;
\n\u2022 Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents);
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth;
\n\u2022 Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts);
\n\u2022 Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards;
\n\u2022 Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals;EXPECTED EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
