{"id":2537,"date":"2022-12-11T19:14:39","date_gmt":"2022-12-11T18:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=2537"},"modified":"2022-12-14T13:44:14","modified_gmt":"2022-12-14T12:44:14","slug":"commercial-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/en\/commercial-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our client, an international company specialising in renewable energy services and product development, we are looking now for a Commercial Project Manager to support the financial and commercial operations We are looking for professionals who have managed a large construction projects from the financial and administrative (office, legal) point of view, ideally with knowledge of SAP and a good command of German and English.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">Commercial and financial coordination during Project Implementation of international wind energy projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Firs<span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">t contact person for all commercial issues of the project towards company&#8217;s customers as well as internal and external interfaces<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Contract Management of complex contracts including drafting of notices under the contract<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">Cost and Asset Management on project level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">Management of risks and opportunities during execution of the project<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Handling of outgoing invoices to customer and incoming invoices from subcontractors and related cash flow planning<\/li>\n<li>Administration and handling of payment securities and issuing of respective documents<\/li>\n<li>Insurance and claim management<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">Monthly reporting of project performance to Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Contributing to contractual lessons learned and providing feedback to Sales, Legal and Tender Management departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">4 &#8211; 7 years professional experiences in commercial project management\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit !important; font-weight: inherit !important;\">Good understanding of financial \/ commercial processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop strategies for the cooperation with customers and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the construction industry, ideally wind power, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.
