{"id":2563,"date":"2023-01-03T11:13:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-03T10:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=2563"},"modified":"2023-01-03T11:13:53","modified_gmt":"2023-01-03T10:13:53","slug":"transport-installation-wtg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/en\/transport-installation-wtg\/","title":{"rendered":"TRANSPORT &#038; INSTALLATION WTG"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Our client is one of the largest players in the offshore sector and we are now looking for Transport and Installation WTG<\/p>\n<p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Advice and manage the transport &amp; installation of the offshore Wind Farm Project for one of the following areas: WTG, foundation or offshore cables<\/p>\n<p>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall T&amp;I engineering for one of the following area: WTGs\/foundations\/ offshore cables<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the installation port selection for WTGs\/ foundations\/ offshore cables packages<\/li>\n<li>Review the installation ports technical capability.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible of contractors engineering documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for reporting to the Package Manager on offshore installation engineering\n<p>design.<\/li>\n<li>Propose and develop the installation engineering design strategy until construction\n<p>phase with the objective to confirm installation concept selection and define an overall<\/p>\n<p>optimized installation concept for the wind project.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the installation technical specifications supporting the procurement\n<p>proces<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the packages contractual strategy definition and define clearly scope of\n<p>work of installation activities within the packages and their interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare technical specifications for RFP.<\/li>\n<li>Participate to the discussions\/negotiations of the installation activities within the\n<p>packages with key suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to the business model related to the packages in the time frame defined\n<p>by the project.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the overall technical-commercial optimization of the wind farm with\n<p>regards with DEVEX\/CAPEX\/OPEX related to the installation activities (wtg, fou, iac,<\/p>\n<p>oss, grid, uxo &amp; seabed preparation as required).<\/li>\n<li>Be accountable to provide all the technical support needed and related to offshore\n<p>installation issues<\/li>\n<li>During engineering phases, supervise the Contractors installation engineering activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide offshore installation inputs to planning.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Risk Assessments \/ Hazids \/ etc&#8230; as required in accordance with Projects\u2019\n<p>referential.<\/li>\n<li>Be accountable for ensuring that installation engineering matters are in accordance with\n<p>legislation, ethics, industry standards, tender technical requirements, regulatory<\/p>\n<p>aspects and project policies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate T&amp;I package specific interface tasks in compliance with the Project\u2019s\n<p>Interface Management Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>Provide input to the risk register and manage risks identified for the T&amp;I scope during development stage.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare technical tender documents, such as Employers Requirements and any technical documentation required for inclusion within invitation to tender and final contract documentation FOU package.<\/li>\n<li>Clarify\/evaluate commercial part of tenders regarding T&amp;I works (e.g, BoQ). Support during tendering and negotiation process, proactively participating in discussions with the contractors.\n<p>ACADEMIC BACKGROUND<\/p>\n<p>Technical university<\/p>\n<p>LANGUAGES<\/p>\n<p>Fluent in written, spoken and read English<\/p>\n<p>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good engineering and large projects experience, at least 5 years<\/li>\n<li>Experience for Wind Farm Offshore T&amp;I package for at least 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in a multicultural environment.\n<p>KNOWLEDGE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 Wind Farm T&amp;I knowledge one of the following: WTG, Foundation, IAC, EC is mandatory SKILLS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication, diplomatic, networking and influencing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with suppliers.
