For its Polish team, we are now looking for a Sales Operations Expert with experience in the operational analysis and management of sales, ideally with some experience in the PV sector and a good command of English. Knowledge of German will be a plus. Full home office is possible in the position.<\/p>\n<p>ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Back office assistance to the Key Account Managers<\/li>\n<li>Focal point for key accounts, project developers and installers in the entire EMA region<\/li>\n<li>Order entry in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Delivery coordination in close collaboration with the customers and the inhouse logistic department. Issuing of all shipping related documents in accordance with the requirements of the destination country<\/li>\n<li>Invoice issuing, payment supervision and dunning process<\/li>\n<li>Claim handling in collaboration with the technical department<\/li>\n<li>Contract and order management, participation in the frame contracts set up<\/li>\n<li>Support to all arising questions to contractual terms and conditions (Incoterms, customs related issues, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and monitoring of payment securities i.e. bank warranties, letters of credit<\/li>\n<li>SAP (S4 Hana) key user (OTS)<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with the finance department on yearly audits<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of delivery capacities, SKU priorisation and allocation on customer requests<\/li>\n<li>Availability analysis and controlling of product assignment in collaboration with the customers and KAMs<\/li>\n<li>Strong focus on coordination with the global planning department\u00a0 regarding product allocation to secure a continuous supply situation for the EMEA customers<\/li>\n<li>Development and monitoring of product sales forecast for the EMEA region<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Report issuance for the senior management<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (Uni\/FH) in business administration or comparable training<\/li>\n<li><strong>At least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales operations\/order processing, preferably in the PV area<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong communication skills both oral and written in English &amp; Polish if possible or any other European language.
