{"id":2770,"date":"2023-03-15T19:24:09","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T18:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=2770"},"modified":"2023-03-15T19:24:09","modified_gmt":"2023-03-15T18:24:09","slug":"project-development-manager-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/en\/project-development-manager-4\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Project Development Manager in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>THE ROLE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the process of preparing the documentation for the development of wind and PV projects to RTB status in Poland;<\/li>\n<li>Planning and overseeing wind and PV projects in terms of tasks, deadlines, budget, quality, milestones and profitability;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of relevant documentation on the basis of applicable regulations, e.g. the law on spatial planning, environmental protection, energy law;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of decision templates considering project risks and opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of and cooperation with subcontractors involved in project development;<\/li>\n<li>Contact and negotiation with public administrations;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements with property owners;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating administrative procedures for obtaining the required decisions and permits for the realization of wind and PV projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education (preferred majors: renewable energy sources, spatial management, environmental protection, construction, electrical engineering, or related);<\/li>\n<li>At least two years of professional experience in the RES industry or similar industry related to project development;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project management;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of GIS or similar software as a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Polish;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and find solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to develop professionally and ability to assimilate new knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills, independent way of working, commitment, creativity, accuracy, ability to structure work;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel;<\/li>\n<li>Driving license, category B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>COMPANY OFFERS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work in an international environment;<\/li>\n<li>An interesting range of tasks in a dynamically developing renewable energy industry;<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to personally and professionally develop;<\/li>\n<li>Friendly and supportive working atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Project Development Manager in Poland.
