For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Renewable Energy Legal Counsel in Italy.<\/p>\n
The Role:<\/p>\n
o Draft all surface right agreements, land lease and\/or acquisition contracts and carry out expropriation procedures.<\/p>\n
o Drafting permitting administrative documentation and communications with national, regional and local Administrations.<\/p>\n
o Support contract negotiations with suppliers (EPC\/BoP) and energy selling schemes (PPAs, Market, GSE).<\/p>\n
o Drafting and negotiating agreements for sharing common electrical infrastructures with other developers.<\/p>\n
o Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the permitting and legal due diligence.<\/p>\n
o Support M&A processes, including drafting NBOs, LOIs, SPAs and DSAs.
\no Keep company legal records.
\no Support and manage eventual lawsuits, which may arise in the course of the business.<\/p>\n
Expectations:<\/p>\n
Degree in Law.
\no At least three years professional experience in permitting, drafting agreements and leading negotiations (landowners, convenzione, accordo condivisione, …).<\/p>\n
o Team player.
\no Advanced knowledge of MS Office, QGIS.
\no Independent way of working, commitment, accuracy, organized.<\/p>\n
o Willingness to travel.
\no Languages: Italian and English(C1).<\/p>\n
