For their MED HR team they are now looking for a Regional Recruitment Expert to support the hiring in the MED and Benelux regions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have experience with various job interview formats and can help our client recruit faster and more effectively you are the person for this position! Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruitment\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and updating job descriptions and hiring criteria<\/li>\n<li>Advertising job openings on company\u2019s careers page, social media, job boards and internally<\/li>\n<li>Screening applications and selecting qualified candidates<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling interviews and supporting hiring managers with preparation to interviews<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with interview process, attending, and conducting interviews<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with hiring managers during the offer process<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the recruitment agencies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employment records in the system (SuccessFactor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Integration\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting employee onboarding and off boarding<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the employment agreement etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>University relationships\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0COMPANY<\/strong><strong>\u00a0REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent English, Dutch or French<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactor would be an asset)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating skills and understanding how HR can contribute to the business<\/li>\n<li>Ownership; end-to-end accountability for resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working in one of the most promising industries of the next decades<\/li>\n<li>Working in a multicultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Interesting projects and development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the top 4 wind energy companies in the world.
