For their team in Warsaw we are now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the team with technical expertise in different stage of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities in this role will include:<\/p>\n<p>Providing technical subject matter expertise throughout the Development and Acquisition phases of utility-scale solar PV projects until financial close such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gap Analysis: identify if all required documents are available<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Review documentation of studies and assessments<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Review of design, technology engineering, and grid connection<\/li>\n<li>Review of permits &amp; environmental\/social impacts to ensure compliance\n<p>with regulatory guidelines and lenders standards<\/li>\n<li>Review of the key input parameters to the financial model\n<p>REQUIERED EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in development, project management and technical due diligence of renewable energy projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in development and acquisition of PV project until financial close.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical or mechanical engineering degree<\/li>\n<li>Excellent skills in planning, analysing and coordinating activitie<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Very good skills in establishing priorities<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">A team player, used to work in an international and fast growing, dynamic<\/span>environment<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0 Self-motivated, independent, winning and hands-on personality and\u00a0strong negotiator<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Fast, critical thinker and conflict solver, capable of taking responsibilities\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">when needed.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to manage a challenging workload under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to prioritize and think out of the box.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">With input from the organization, prepare project time tables of acquired\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">projects for subsequent EPC process<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OUR CLIENT OFFERS<\/p>\n<p>Competitive salary (13 salaries overall per year)<\/p>\n<p>Highest level of health package for the employee and the family including dental care<\/p>\n<p>Trainings<\/p>\n<p>Work in an international environment in project in Poland and abroad<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading developers and IPPs in the solar and energy storage sector in Poland and other countries in the CEE.
