Currently for their LATAM operations they are looking for a Finance Business Partner to take over the financial area of the Service and Operations area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>YOUR PROFILE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masters degree in finance, Economics or Business administration (Ingenier\u00eda\u00a0commercial o similar)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 years of experience as a financial controller in a multinational company<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previous experience in Big4 is a plus<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good interpersonal skills, ability to solve, analytical, decision making, proactive.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fluent English (C1) (third language a plus)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SAP, JD EdwardsIngeniero \u00e9lectrico\/ industrial \/mec\u00e1nico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>YOUR TASK<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be the Business Partner of the Service Management of the Region Latam \u2013 Support the management in any decision by providing finance view on it.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitoring performance of the business, consolidated reporting monthly preparation for its follow-up.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly review and analysis of the P&amp;L<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forecast<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and execute monthly closing reviews, identify deviation drivers and present them in focues management view<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive collaboration and alignment within service operations and finance, ensure that activities with financial impacts are seen by finance prior to decision<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor, implement and improve management control systems<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setup and drive Budget process in alignment with HQ process+timeline<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Risk control<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer invoicing process alignment, AR management and controlling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OFFER:<\/p>\n<p>Attractive salary plus bonus<\/p>\n<p>Private health insurance including dental<\/p>\n<p>Trainings<\/p>\n<p>Among others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the largest and longest operating wind energy companies in the world.
