For\u00a0their regional team they are looking now for a\u00a0professional with strong engineering and technical risk assessment skills for the position of M&A Technical PM to support the commercial and technical team in project acquisition and technical DD process.<\/p>\n
In this position you will be responsible for:<\/b><\/p>\n
– Coordination of technical project documentations and permitting\/legal documentations<\/p>\n
– Coordination of solar farm acquisition transactions<\/p>\n
– Analysis of Legal Due Diligence reports<\/p>\n
– Creating Technical Due Diligence evaluations and reports<\/p>\n
– Liaising with subcontractors and third parties<\/p>\n
