For their local operations for Europe they are looking for a Financial Specialist<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparation of the financial models<\/p>\n<p>Analysis of the financial models prepared by the financing institutions<\/p>\n<p>Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculation<\/p>\n<p>Supporting CFO in the financing process<\/p>\n<p>Support in preparation of the consolidated financial statements<\/p>\n<p>Preparation of standalone financial statements of SPVs<\/p>\n<p>Supporting CFO in the reporting processes<\/p>\n<p>Analysis of the variation to the budget\/forecast<\/p>\n<p>Preparation of financial analyzes at different organization levels (the entire company, selected units, projects etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Participation in month \/ quarter \/ year end close activities<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Good knowledge of the financial models<\/p>\n<p>Experience with creating financial statements<\/p>\n<p>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n<p>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n<p>Excellent knowledge of English<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is an investment fund focused on solar projects in LATAM, Asia and Europe.
