For their growing team in Warsaw, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Connection Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Development a strategy for connecting new wind and solar projects to the DSO \/ TSO grid,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Managing the process of submitting applications for obtaining the conditions for connecting to the DSO \/ TSO network,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Negotiations with operators and other partners to obtain connection conditions and sign grid connection agreements,<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the expansion of own DSO<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Technical support to the projects under development to comply with grid connection requirements,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Conducting technical due diligence and risk assessments regarding connection to the grid received from the DSO \/ TSO and to projects under M&amp;A,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Conducting and \/ or supervising analyzes and expert opinions necessary to obtain connection conditions and optimal power plant operation, including reactive power compensation analysis,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Technical support to obtain ION and EON certificates,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><u>ACADEMIC LEVEL<\/u><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical works or similar.<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><u>REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in similar or relevant position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Polish regulations and standards regarding the power grid,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of procedures resulting from the NC RfG network code, mainly EON, ION and FON,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of technologies in the field of solar energy and wind,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of legal requirements during the application process,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><u>LANGUAGES<\/u><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Polish as mother language mandatory<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency level<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the most well known and successful wind and solar developers and IPPs in the country.
