Our client is an international solar PV investor, part of a large infrastructure investment fund. For their financial team in Poland, we are now looking for a Junior Lawyer with excellent organization skills and fluent English<\/p>\n

The scope of tasks will be as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. All reporting obligations mandatory under Polish law;<\/li>\n
  2. All updated of corporate details\/registration in the KRS and other relevant declaration to the relevant authorities;<\/li>\n
  3. All required amendments (AoA, management board etc);<\/li>\n
  4. Support in managing the corporate documents of companies;<\/li>\n
  5. Supporting M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) Team<\/li>\n
