Our client is an international solar PV investor, part of a large infrastructure investment fund. For their team in Poland, we are now looking for Logistics Specialist.<\/p>\n
Responsibilites:
\n\u2022 Responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing of domestic supply
\nchain\/logistics operations in an EPC environment
\n\u2022 Work closely with internal teams of procurement, project management, construction
\nsites, Financial Department and external teams of transport service providers and
\nmaterial suppliers to ensure timely material transportation and delivery to Project
\nSite
\n\u2022 Accomplishment tasks of the company’s responsibility in accordance with legislation
\nBDO (Waste Database). Collaboration with Recovery Organization and preparation
\nreports.
\n\u2022 Cooperation and support of international supply chain\/logistics and customs
\nclearance
\n\u2022 Preparing of supply chain\/logistics related documentation
\n\u2022 Responsible for claims related to logistics topics
\n\u2022 Keeping logs, track and process schedules, shipments, stock etc. continuously
\n\u2022 Preparing of relevant reports, forecast and KPIs
\n\u2022 Assist with selection of proper insurance for all projects
\nSkills and Requirements:
\n\u2022 Education or diploma in logistics or supply chain management alternatively 3 years
\nproven experience in logistics, supply chain management or forwarding
\n\u2022 High motivation and commitment to work
\n\u2022 Resilient teamplayer with a \u201ehands on\u201c mentality
\n\u2022 Fluent in Polish and English spoken & written (additional languages e.g. Hungarian
\nwelcome)
\n\u2022 Willingness for continuous development
\n\u2022 Very good MS office skills in Excel\/Word\/PPT
\n\u2022 Knowledge of customs procedures and taxes
\n\u2022 Solving skills ability
