Currently for their team they are looking for an HR Business Partner to support their local team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Manages the HR monthly, quarter and annual basis reports to the global HR team (headcount movements, training actions, recruitment follow up).\u00a0Validate the monthly payroll.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.\u00a0Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, training needs).<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identifies training needs for business units and individual development needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up the training budget and to ensure training objectives are met.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and local employment laws.<\/p>\n<p>Very good knowledge of labour law<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree (Law, Psychologist, Business Administration).<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master in Business Administration or Master in Human Resources Management or Master in Industrial Relations are a plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Open mind, working proactively on business needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Capacity to work in a very demanding working atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Get used to work in a very international environment within a very diversity an inclusion organization, be ready to work with top Company Management.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Acts as an employee champion and change agent.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading construction companies in renewable sector.
