For their growing team in Poland we are now looking for an Electrical Works Manager to lead the construction of their plants in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support customers concerning questions regarding grid connections<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Main point of contact during \u00a0different project phases<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Compile entire required documentation, ensure external and\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">internal reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure implementation and observance of HSE-requirements\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">concerning EW on construction site<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage electrical part of wind energy project, from scope of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">supply definition to project Taking Over<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0Support Business Development (tendering) &amp; PMC during initiation phase to define electrical\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">scope of supply on the basis of client needs and grid capacities <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Define scope of work for electrical portion of EPC contracts for\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">the construction of Wind Farms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Plan and manage construction of electrical work in our scope in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">cooperation with Project Management and site supervision teams\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering University degree<br \/>\n\u2022 Working experience of at least 3 years in management of\u00a0Electrical works scope for windf arms, solar plants, cabling works and\/or\u00a0distribution \/ transmission substation<br \/>\n\u2022 Managing project development \/ construction of electrical\u00a0infrastructures<br \/>\n\u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office<br \/>\n\u2022 Aim-oriented, proactive and communicative personality with\u00a0entrepreneurial thinking<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to travel and international approach<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent command of the English language<br \/>\n\u2022 Very good communication skills, powerful personality with\u00a0distinctive proactive action<br \/>\n\u2022 High focused to following aims and corporate thinking \u00a0\u2022 In possession of driver \u0301s license<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is a specialist construction company focused on complex large-scale renewable energy projects with global presence.
