Our client is one of the key companies responsible for the development, construction and operations of wind and solar farms in Italy with a global presence. One of the leaders in the industry, they are present in over 20 countries.<\/p>\n
They are now expanding our legal team in Italy and researching a Legal Associate to be based in Milan, focused on administrative law, with particular regard to energy law.<\/p>\n
You will have the opportunity to support the Legal team in the following main areas of activity:<\/p>\n
– assistance in the authorization procedures of plants powered by renewable sources (with specific regard to photovoltaic and wind plants);<\/p>\n
– drafting of legal opinions related to authorization for the development of plants;<\/p>\n
– due diligence for acquisitions, financing or joint ventures of companies operating in the renewable energy sector;<\/p>\n
THE PERFECT CANDIDATES:<\/p>\n
| \n \n \n Degree in Law from an Italian or European university. Admitted to practice law in Italy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n | \n \n 3\/4 years experience in energy\/regulatory department of a top tier law firm, in-house secondment (in a renewable energy company would be a plus). Ideally a combination of law firm and in-house experience.<\/p>\n Proactivity and commitment.
