For this reason and in order to carry out the business plan, \u00a0the company wants to incorporate a BD Specialist to our team who will be located in Chile and will focus on execute the development of pipeline until obtaining the RTB status. Experienced throughout Wind and Solar PV project development process from greenfield all the way through to construction, the successful candidate will also have a strong track record in project development in Chile, deep knowledge of the Chilean Energy Market, great interpersonal skills, autonomous, and budget management. Main accountabilities include:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Project Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Identifying Project and Partnership opportunities to grow pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Prospecting large sites for Wind and Solar PV projects<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the fields and close land lease agreements with owners<\/li>\n<li>Identify and secure the mining rights and easements required for the project, HV Infra, roads or pathway<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Lead the open access process through SAC\/SUCTD until obtain the connection approval in CoordinadorManaging the environmental process fully supported by the Environmental Lead in order to obtain the RCA on\u00a0time and on budget\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Electrico Nacional. ACADEMIC LEVEL<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Business or Engineering 2.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>At least 7 years\u2019 experience in the development of renewable projects (Wind and large PV Projects)<\/li>\n<li>Previous relevant experience and understanding of the permitting processes, applications and regulations in\u00a0the Chilean energy market<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Chilean energy sector, specific regulation, auction mechanisms, PPA dealing, merchant\u00a0schemes and high development experience in the country of utility-scale<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in negotiating and closing commercial transactions with landlords, developers, equity\u00a0partners, final consumers<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of wind industry and solar business globally and it \u0301s different technologies.
