Our client is one of the key investors in renewable energy- focusing on wind, solar, substation and energy storage infrastructure projects. Currently they are looking for a Associate Legal and International Due Diligence Specialist based in Germany.<\/p>\n

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Systematic analysis, testing and evaluation of wind and solar projects for internal and external quality assurance<\/li>\n
  2. Examination of contracts for land securing and corresponding easements as well as their comparison with the existing project planning<\/li>\n
  3. Review of further project documents and contracts with a constant eye on a risk assessment<\/li>\n
  4. Contact person for the due diligence of purchase, sale and financing processes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The requirement profile would look like this:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A successfully completed degree in law, commercial law or business administration with a focus on law; Additional admission to the legal profession – also internationally – is an advantage<\/li>\n
    2. Willingness to perform due diligence processes and contract drafting and review<\/li>\n
    3. Fluency in English is mandatory, at least good knowledge of German (at least B1); Polish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
