Our client is one of the leading geothermal hearting companies and currently they are developing their operations in Poland. For their growing team, we are looking for a District Heating Engineer.<\/p>\n

The position can be performed home-based from anywhere in Poland and requires frequent travelling and strong communication skills.<\/p>\n

Role:<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Connect, liaise, and interact with heating networks operators to identify opportunities<\/p>\n

to integrate geothermal heating into networks.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Assist customers in understanding and comparing solutions available for their system<\/p>\n

and troubleshoot issues that come up.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Connect and work with the company’s technical team to understand customer needs and<\/p>\n

network dynamics to optimize set up of geothermal operations.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Attend seminars and trade exhibitions, conduct research and increase knowledge of<\/p>\n

technical products<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Technical understanding of heating networks dynamics and processes.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Solution oriented, ability to identify and envision opportunities in complex systems.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Geothermal or subsurface knowledge an advantage but not a requirement<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Presentation skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Able to communicate fluently in Polish and English<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Experienced level skills and hands-on experiences for infrastructure or process<\/p>\n

design.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0Technical sales experience or exposure to complex projects with long sales cycles<\/p>\n
