{"id":2624,"date":"2023-01-16T10:34:27","date_gmt":"2023-01-16T09:34:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=2624"},"modified":"2023-01-16T10:34:27","modified_gmt":"2023-01-16T09:34:27","slug":"contract-manager-offshore-wind-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/es\/contract-manager-offshore-wind-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CONTRACT MANAGER OFFSHORE WIND"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To support his major project in le Treport and Dieppe (2 sites of 496 MW) our client, a large investor in offshore wind projects, \u00a0is looking for a Contract Manager to follow all contracts and its associated claims for the relevant packages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate variations and support claim management team.<\/li>\n<li>Participate to the definition and implementation of package\u2019s commercial strategy and management plan to reach project\u2019s objectives fixed by the PM and EPCI director.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for the contractual negotiations with (package) contractor (EPCI, TSA, SMA\u2026.)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure package\u2019s Contractor(s) acts in accordance with Contractual terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and follow up of contractual payment schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Support the commercial evaluation process of Package\u2019s bids with the Procurement Department.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of the Package works and other package or contractual activities to:\n<ul>\n<li>Manage pricing, commercial, and contractual consequences associated with other contracts, in close collaboration with other Contracts Managers<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively anticipate and avoid unexpected claims in Package\u2019s Contract(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the Package Manager, with contractual advice in coordination with the legal department.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure both Package team and the Contractor(s) meet all contractual obligations, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Assess consequences of (technical) decisions by Package team and define actions along development and execution of the Package works.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the application for payment requests with analysis of contractual impacts on future commitments and associated risks.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active contract management and claim negotiations including resolution of issues\/disputes for Contract(s).<\/li>\n<li>Manage and update overview of Variations, Claims &amp; Claims register, amendment, Notices from Contractor(s) and submit relevant reports to Package Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Social and industrial requirements and French state\u2019s bid engagements are well captured in the Contract (T&amp;Cs, Schedules) and its follow-up (KPI and monitoring tools).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the HSE, Quality and document control requirements are well included in the Contract\/Employers requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Procurement, Legal or any other relevant topic.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in commercial contract management in offshore wind required<\/li>\n<li>Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of an offshore wind project, including contract change management and contract claim management<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing ITT processes for contracts in offshore wind sector. (Supply, T&amp;I , EPCI, TSA, SMA \u2026\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in various forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC red, yellow and white books, NEC3, LOGIC).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Supply Chain Contract management fundamentals, best practices, and industry trends<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project management methods<\/li>\n<li>Strong Negotiation and conflict management skills<\/li>\n<li>Very strong work-ethic, communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and innovative thinking with unerring focus on challenging and improving the status-quo<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, knowledge of French language is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company offers:<\/p>\n<p>An attractive salary plus benefits package, the opportunity to grow within an international team and benefits plus in depth training scheme.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To support his major project in le Treport and Dieppe (2 sites of 496 MW) our client, a large investor in offshore wind projects, \u00a0is looking for a Contract Manager to follow all contracts and its associated claims for the relevant packages.
