Our client is an international investor of in renewable energy projects with a large pipeline of projects and investments in Poland. Currently we are looking for Chief Accountant.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Responsible for accounting, finance and taxation functions;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Establishing effective finance and accounting policies and procedures;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Performing financial budgeting, forecast and analysis, implementing financial planning and tax strategies to ensure appropriate financial controls;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Preparing periodical financial reports including monthly\/quarterly\/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and consolidation) in accordance and compliance with the laws, regulations and accounting standards;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Managing cash flows and working capital;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Leading financial due diligence, tax due diligence and tax structuring work;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Leading tax planning, filing, reporting, payment & refund, representation at tax office;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Handle any other ad-hoc projects that the firm undertakes.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Degree holder in accounting or relevant disciplines<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Qualified with CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Familiar with local, regional and international accounting standards and tax rules;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Minimum 10 year\u2019s relevant working experience in accounting, audit and finance; \uf0a0 PV experiences is a must;<\/p>\n
\uf0a0 Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and analytical skills;<\/p>\n
