For their regional maintenance and operations team we are looking for a Local Operations Manager to manage the region for Croatia located near Zadar where most of the company&#8217;s assets are. The person will not only be a contact point for the Teams Leaders and O&amp;M Supervisors in terms of operational and technical aspects and solutions, but also be the main point of contact for the clients of the company- hence experience in liaising with clients or some client exposure is a must.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilitie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a team of Service Technicians and Coordinator to ensure completion of their allocated service activities within the specified time frames and to the required standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of wind turbine<\/li>\n<li>Generate and use KPI\u2019s to monitor team, individuals\u2019 and wind farm performance and take action as appropriate to share successes, address shortfalls and make improvements<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers and follow up on customer requests<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and control subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment and development of Service Technicians including identification of training needs and delivery of on site training and coaching on best practise to create and maintain a high performing team<\/li>\n<li>Implement internal and external HSE regulations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare calculations and quotations according to customer demands within the daily operational business<\/li>\n<li>Local spare parts stocks supervision and materials management<\/li>\n<li>Direct coordination of site works in case of need of specific support and consultation with head quarter and external experts<\/li>\n<li>Regular site visits and participation in customer meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who we are looking for:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>An experienced professional with experience in management of large technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Ideally experience in wind or any other energy generation experience will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator in both Croatian and English able to coordinate and manage large technical teams and complex operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with client liaising<\/li>\n<li>Technical background in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Our client offers:<\/p>\n<p>Excellent salary and bonus<\/p>\n<p>Private health insurance for you and your family<\/p>\n<p>Company car and petrol card<\/p>\n<p>Trainings<\/p>\n<p>Company tools among other benefits<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the largest wind turbine manufacturers in Croatia and the world.
