Currently we are looking for their team for a Project Finance Director to independently lead debt financing transactions with their existing and new lenders for their solar business in Europe. This is a challenging and exciting role within one of the fastest growing players in the market in Europe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Core responsibilities will include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debt Financing (senior and junior debt) Transaction Lead and Execution: independently leading and coordinating the transaction process incl. negotiating with banks, institutional investors and debt funds.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and liaising with all involved internal and external Due Diligence parties across different jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of development of complex cashflow based financial models and debt sizing.<\/li>\n<li>Business Development: Preparation of internal and external presentations. Building relationships with external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc tasks in relation to equity\/debt investment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Who we\u2019re looking for<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years\u2019 experience from IPP, debt advisory, debt funds, project finance banks or private equity<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of debt and equity transaction processes with focus on execution\/negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project finance financial models and debt sizing<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the renewable energy space<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and reliable self-starter, team working skills<\/li>\n<li>Quality and results-oriented with attention to detail in a fast paced working environment<\/li>\n<li>Self-confident personality, self-disciplined and open-minded<u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our client is offering:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attractive salary and benefits package<\/p>\n<p>Yearly bonus for performance<\/p>\n<p>Health and life insurance<\/p>\n<p>Private Pension scheme<\/p>\n<p>Trainings and company working tools<\/p>\n<p>Hybrid work<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Our client is one of the leading investors in renewable energy.
