{"id":2758,"date":"2023-03-13T23:32:51","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T22:32:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=2758"},"modified":"2023-03-13T23:32:51","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T22:32:51","slug":"commercial-project-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/es\/commercial-project-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd069e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-theme-post-content\" data-id=\"cd069e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"theme-post-content.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p>For our client, an international company specialising in renewable energy services and product development, we are looking now for a Commercial Project Manager to support the financial and commercial development of projects under construction. \u00a0We are looking for professionals who have managed a large construction projects from the financial and administrative (office, legal) point of view, ideally with knowledge of SAP and a good command of Spanish and English.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial and financial coordination during Project Implementation of international wind energy projects<\/li>\n<li>First contact person for all commercial issues of the project towards company\u2019s customers as well as internal and external interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management of complex contracts including drafting of notices under the contract<\/li>\n<li>Cost and Asset Management on project level<\/li>\n<li>Management of risks and opportunities during execution of the project<\/li>\n<li>Handling of outgoing invoices to customer and incoming invoices from subcontractors and related cash flow planning<\/li>\n<li>Administration and handling of payment securities and issuing of respective documents<\/li>\n<li>Insurance and claim management<\/li>\n<li>Monthly reporting of project performance to Management<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to contractual lessons learned and providing feedback to Sales, Legal and Tender Management departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u2013 7 years professional experiences in commercial project management<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of financial \/ commercial processes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop strategies for the cooperation with customers and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the construction industry, ideally wind power, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.
