For our client, an international wind and solar energy developer with almost 1000 employees we are looking for Renewable Energy Environmental Engineer Expert in Italy.<\/p>\n
The Role:<\/p>\n
o Perform environmental feasibility assessment of onshore wind farms and solar PV plants.
\no Perform environmental analysis of wind and solar PV projects and associated electrical infrastructures:
\n\uf0a7 Biodiversity (fauna & flora).
\n\uf0a7 Chiroptera studies.
\n\uf0a7 Archeological and heritage assessment and studies.<\/p>\n
\uf0a7 Municipal and regional land use plans assessment.
\n\uf0a7 Waste management.
\n\uf0a7 Environmental reports during construction and operation.<\/p>\n
o Elaborate all Environmental Impact Screening and Assessment(VIA\/PUA) documentation provided in the frame of the Environmental Impact Assessment, either Regional and\/or National.<\/p>\n
o Analyze and elaborate all documentation for land compatibility, reforestation, and<\/p>\n
get the Administration approval.
\no Submit and agree on environmental compensation measures with the relevant Administrative<\/p>\n
bodies.
\no Track record obtaining Environmental Impact Approval for wind farms and PV plants.
\no Liaise with external consultants supporting the environmental approval process and technical<\/p>\n
due diligences.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
o MSc in Agriculture (Agronomi), or Forestry (Forestali) Engineer MSc.
\no At least five years professional experience in wind farms and PV plants Environmental Approval process.
\no Experience in preparation of documentation for Environmental Impact Assessment approval for wind farms and PV plants.
\no Advanced knowledge of MS Office, QGIS, ArcGis and National\/Regional databases. o Teamwork.
\no Independent way of working, commitment, creativity, accuracy
\no Willingness to travel.
\no Languages: Italian and English(C1).<\/p>\n
