The Czech Republic is one of their new markets and they are now building a team. To lead the Project and Commercial development of the projects, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtaining Land rights<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze information of projects and look for long-term co-development partners;<\/li>\n<li>Take in charge of brown-field project acquisition and green-field project development in the Czech Republic;<\/li>\n<li>Establish good relationships with governments, authorities and grid companies (i.e. DSO, ERO);<\/li>\n<li>Carry out market research and forward-looking analysis on the development projects;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Requirement &amp; Required Skills:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree preferred, engineering background preferred, good moral character and professional ethics;<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the application process of relative documents (i.e. Lease Agreement, Zoning Decision, GCC, Environmental Decision, Building Permit, Auction Certification) project bidding and development and other relevant professional knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the market information and policy dynamics of solar industry, familiar with the document application process of project development;<\/li>\n<li>More than 2 years\u2019 experience in solar development, investment, government public relations and other related resources is preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Solid writing skills, strong logic and tuning ability, good communication, organization and coordination ability, strong execution ability;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Work Environment:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Office and on site work.<\/p>\n<p>Positive and dynamic work environment<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the largest investors in solar PV projects in Europe now undergoing a large expansion in the region.
