For their team in Szczecin we are looking for Senior Business Development Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Purpose of the job: <\/strong>Acquire Wind and Solar projects \/ Develop Partnerships to Co-Develop Wind and Solar projects in Poland<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Leads the sourcing of relevant RES opportunities in Poland from under development to ready-to-build (RTB);<\/li>\n<li>Leads and performs analysis regarding business opportunities in wind and solar power projects<\/li>\n<li>Manages the investment cases\/negotiations with Partners from start to conclusion of deals;<\/li>\n<li>Provides relevant information to optimize the implementation of the group strategy ;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring changes and potential regulatory threats and analyzing their impact on the actions taken,<\/li>\n<li>Develops tools and optimises processes used in wind and solar power project development<\/li>\n<li>Represents the Company to outside partners<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to short, mid, and long-term plans for wind and solar power business development<\/li>\n<li>Provides on-the-job training, technical presentations, and ongoing coaching to other team members to ensure knowledge transfer regarding i.a. wind and solar resources assessments<\/li>\n<li>Participate in building and managing strong and reliable relationships with authorities, politicians, landowners, interest organizations, suppliers, and other stakeholders essential for wind and solar project development<\/li>\n<li>Working and leading in a matrix organization with internal support function teams (Asset Commercialization, engineering, legal, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who we are seeking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Know How &amp; Experience &amp; Education:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5-10 years of experience in Project Development\/ Business Development in Poland<\/li>\n<li>competences gained through work in the RES project development department and participation in transaction processes in cooperation with the M&amp;A department (initiation, preparation and implementation of transactions, coordination of the due diligence process),<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and use of financial tools\/ economic models: capacity to develop innovative, profitable business models<\/li>\n<li>initiative in taking action, creativity, looking for solutions,<\/li>\n<li>Language skills: English, Polish.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and use of topographic and GIS applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Other important information about the job:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires strong entrepreneurial spirit and own initiative to handle issues with an extremely wide range of different types of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Requires an excellent understanding of local market conditions<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed independence in taking actions and the ability to organize working time,<\/li>\n<li>Requires willingness to travel both nationally and internationally<\/li>\n<li>Requires good knowledge of the administrative and authorization process for utility-scale Renewable Development<\/li>\n<li>strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate conclusions,<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills communicativeness in an international work environment, very well developed interpersonal skills,<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the key wind\u00a0 and solar energy players with a solid position in the market.
