Currently for their offices in Hamburg or Rostock they are looking for a Project Manager responsible for product development. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all teams involved in order to achieve the best functioning product.<\/p>\n<h3>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Management of an interdisciplinary project team consisting of engineers, production experts, strategic purchasers und many other functions<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of a development of a \u201ccost of energy\u201d optimal technical system closely collaborating with all relevant aspects of the value chain, particularly engineering, production, logistics, installation and service<\/li>\n<li>Various challenging tasks in all project phases, starting at feasibility study, over concept, detailing and prototyping phase up to start of production in an international environment<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the achievement of cost, quality and timeline of the project<\/li>\n<li>Professional project controlling using KPIs like evaluation of the current progress and deviation management<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of risk- and stakeholder management<\/li>\n<li>Development of innovative solutions for reduction of time-to-market<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of decision proposals and project reports for the management board<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement process of the company\u00b4s product development process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy new challenges in a young and motivated team<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on mentality and decision-making personality<\/li>\n<li>High degree of flexibility to collaborate with all areas of the company<\/li>\n<li>Confident appearence and assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good intercultural understanding, professional working proficiency in German and English, further language skills beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Degree in technical study path and\/or business administration<\/li>\n<li>Multi-annual, sound experience in management of complex projects, product development or similar areas<\/li>\n<li>Basic technical understanding appreciated<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge in MS office and MS project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"link-a link-b\">","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading companies in wind energy services and products.
