We are an international recruitment agency specialized in energy and construction all around the world. For our EMEA office in Warsaw we are looking for a mature professional with strong interpersonal and communicative skills for the position of Recruiter. We are looking for ambitious and target oriented candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a proven record in sales not necessarily limited to the recruitment business but any other area.<\/p>\n

In this position you will have to:<\/p>\n

– actively look for professionals for the new projects of the company<\/p>\n

– meet and evaluate the candidates for each position depending on the requirements of the client<\/p>\n

– selecting the best ones and presenting them to the client<\/p>\n

-assure all information regarding projects, candidates and clients are submitted on a timely manner into de company\u00b4s database<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/p>\n

– active individuals with previous sales experience and excellent networking skills<\/p>\n

– committed to building strong client and candidate relationships<\/p>\n

– higher education is required as well as a good level of English<\/p>\n

– ability to work individually and to take strategic decisions in order to complete the projects as soon as possible<\/p>\n

– accountable professionals with great discipline to work under pressure.<\/p>\n

– target and sales oriented professionals with the ability to motivate themselves to succeed through systematic actions and strong work ethic<\/p>\n
