{"id":831,"date":"2020-12-13T22:23:45","date_gmt":"2020-12-13T21:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kalerecruitment.com\/?p=831"},"modified":"2020-12-17T10:50:40","modified_gmt":"2020-12-17T09:50:40","slug":"european-division-controller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kale2.kalerecruitment.com\/es\/european-division-controller\/","title":{"rendered":"European Division Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leaders in the wind energy sector and currently for their finance controlling department they are searching for a Subsidiaries Controller for their European Division.<\/p>\n<p>As Subsidiaries Controller for Division Europe, you will be responsible for enforcement of Company\u00a0 Corporate Accounting and Controlling and internal control policies and procedures; reports directly to Controlling and Finance Director Division Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates period end close (e.g. month-end, quarter etc.) with specific focus and direct responsibility for \u201cnon-SAP\u201d entities (i.e. interface towards external bookkeeping companies)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures all financial reports are prepared according to Company corporate accounting policies and IFRS standards in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates annual independent audit and preparation of annual Financial Statements and tax documents for \u201cnon-SAP\u201d entities<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position with specific focus on Divisional Administration overheads costs (i.e. staff costs, OPEX)<\/li>\n<li>Supervises the Budget process across the division for the Divisional Administration function; ensures technical support to both local teams and Corporate Controlling<\/li>\n<li>Ensures rental contracts are handled according to IFRS 16 Company Group policy across the division; provides monthly IFRS 16 postings for \u201cnon-SAP\u201d entities<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a professional and effective relationship with local Finance \/ Commercial management and staff while simultaneously coordinating with Company Corporate functions for guidance and direction<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by Manager<br \/>\n<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Job requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<br \/>\n+ Bachelor\u2019s degree (B.A.) or equivalent. Advance degree or CPA certification a plus.<\/p>\n<p>+ ideally five years related experience.<\/p>\n<p>+ Must possess a strong understanding of IFRS requirements and financial controls.<\/p>\n<p>+ Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.<\/p>\n<p>+ Ability to work with all levels of management.<\/p>\n<p>+ Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workload.<\/p>\n<p>+ Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and German.<\/p>\n<p>+ Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Power BI<\/p>\n<p>+ Proficient in SAP FI\/CO<\/p>\n<p>+ Excellent presentation skills.<\/p>\n<p>+ Strong teamwork orientation and flexibility to adapt to frequent organization changes.<\/p>\n<p>We are offering a permanent placement in a stable company with over 30 years of experience in the industry and one of the leaders in renewable product development, attractive salary and benefits package and a great and dynamic team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leaders in the wind energy sector and currently for their finance controlling department they are searching for a Subsidiaries Controller for their European Division.
